Duties and behaviour

All employees will adhere to the following ethical behaviour at all times.

 

1. Trustworthiness under which falls: honesty, integrity, loyalty and honouring promises.

2. Respect: which covers acceptance, dignity, courtesy, tolerance and autonomy.

3. Treat your clients and pears with respect with no differentiation regarding age, sex, nationality, culture of religion. 

4. Responsibility: take responsibility for their actions and protect the rights of the clients.

5. Be accountable. Do your job to the best of your ability and complete all reports timeously.

6. Be a caring Practitioner. Be giving, sharing, considerate , loving and compassionate in your day to day interaction with your pears and clients. Walk the extra mile.

7. Conduct your duties with justice and fairness: Be consistent, impartial, equal and follow due processes. 

8. Take care not to mislead our clients in any way whatsoever. Do not advertise any RE without the authorisation of the manager.

9. Civic virtue and Citizenship: Protect your environment, be law abiding  and do your part in the community.

10. Dress in a Corporate dress code. Be presentable.
